Dave Lombardo from Slayer is doing a song for a Disney Cartoon

This current iteration of Slayer is certainly not the one I remember fondly seeing in years past, but it’s good to see the band’s ex-drummer Dave Lombardo getting work elsewhere because arguably he’s the best drummer on the planet. That said, I couldn’t even begin to make a guesstimate as to WHICH Disney Animated Series Dave is producing songs for, but according to Metal Injection, that’s exactly what is happening:

 

Would Disney have the balls to pick up an animated series featuring Dave Lombardo as part of the score? Probably not, but I still want to see it. Lord knows all of those House of Blues keep on cancelling metal shows at the last minute all because Disney sucks at everything, so I’m curious to see how this plays out.
