Ratings Are In for 4/8/14: ‘Family Guy’ up, ‘Bob’s Burgers’ WAY DOWN
Did FOX make the right decision in keeping Bob’s Burgers, but cancelling American Dad for a TBS pick-up? Because, according to the overnight ratings from Deadline.com, while both shows had a slight dip in the ratings as compared to last week, Bob’s Burgers is getting Cleveland Show like numbers! According to the report:
Over on Fox, it was animationation as usual for the first part of the night. Bob’s Burgers(0.9/3) and American Dad (1.2/4) were down 10% and 14% respectively from last week. On a bit of the flip side, The Simpsons (1.9/5) was even with its March 30 show while Family Guy (2.3/6) had a rise of 10% to be the second highest rated show of the night.
It will be interesting to see if this trend continues starting this Sunday Night on FOX @ 7 pm ET/PT which kicks off with a brand-new Bob’s Burgers.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
