Ellen DeGeneres’ Oscar selfie gets Simpsonized

Did any of you guys watch the Academy Awards on Sunday Night? I didn’t, as a matter of fact I was watching my Boston Bruins shovel shit all over the season of the New York Rangers followed by an all-new episode of Axe Men, cuz that’s what you do when you don’t have Animation Domination around.

Welp, from the looks of it I didn’t miss much due to the fact that early next morning I see THIS pic retweeted a thousand times on the Bubbleblabber Twitter feed.

 

Yep, that’s Ellen DeGeneres (who really is an outstanding comedienne by the way) taking a selfie pic with Brad Pitt, Kevin Spacey, and a whole bunch of other who’s whos in the front couple of rows. That pic would go on to be retweeted 3.3 million times which is a new record for Twitter. But, even with all of the fun that came from that pic for the viewing public, you knew it was only going to be a matter of time before people start photo-shopping the shit out of the pic and better yet it getting SIMPSONIZED!

Yes, upon further review Homer Simpson was not included in the first pic and although this one hasn’t been retweeted nearly as many times as the original, I still like this one better. Shout out to Erick Tran on the kick ass job on the still!
