Bubbleblabber vs Carl’s Stone Cold Pick of the NFL Playoff Week 2: Colts vs Pats
It’s been a while since we’ve had any NFL picks due to the holidays, but now me and Carl are BACK at it. To kick off the NFL playoffs, Carl takes the Pats to beat the Colts. Let’s go through both teams to see which one I think is going to win.
New England Patriots:
Tom Brady is the best QB alive…no joke. I don’t care what anyone says or who you root for, but Tom Brady has won more Championships and more often than not its with no running game. This season, the Pats are going up a 20th ranked defense for the Colts so I expect Brady and Blunt to have pretty good games. I actually really like Andrew Luck, but I don’t think he has all of the weapons just yet to be a real threat.
Indianapolis Colts
I actually really like Andrew Luck, unfortunately he can’t play defense so he’s not going to be able to play QB and CB to stop Brady. Moreover, the Colts don’t have any run game to speak of and I really do think Bill Belichick is going to make T.Y. Hilton a non-factor.
