Alright, everyone last week both me and Carl picked the Broncos to beat the Chiefs which gives us both the W, but this week IT’S PERSONAL! Carl picks his favorite team the Giants to beat up by team the Cowboys to which I will respectfully disagree until the day I die. Also, take note that every time Carl has picked a Meadowlands team this season, it usually leaves the Giants and/or Jets another loss. Let’s take a look at why I pick the Boys.

 

Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys get back this week Jason Hatcher, Mo Claiborne, JJ Wilcox, Miles Austin, a healthier DeMarcus Ware, and aside from Miles that’s ALL Defense. The Cowboys should be better in the backfield that has been shredded in recent weeks by some of the best passers in football and better yet they come back after a bye. Tony Romo will get another legit option on offense with Miles Austin whom probably will be using the next few weeks to show other general managers around the league that he will be a valuable pickup option after the Cowboys cut his ass. Also, if Dez Bryant can get hot against the Giants’ suspect D, this is gonna be a long day for the G-Men.

 

New York Giants

The Giants have a four game win streak…I’ll give you that. But, those are wins coming against backup QB’s week after week so fuck you. That said, Dallas has the worst defense in the league, but they’ve got a lot of players coming back from injury after a much-needed bye week and a DeMarcus Ware that was also battling injuries a few weeks ago. The Giants still don’t have a running game to speak of and no Brandon Jacob isn’t the answer. The Giants also don’t have a great D-backfield and with Miles Austin returning to the Boys lineup and with Jerry Jones even screaming about the fact that Dez Bryant hasn’t been getting the passes thrown his way, I could see Tony Romo having a big yards day.
