Bubble UK: Come With Us To Yonderland This November
Do you live in the UK and have a hankering for more puppets in your comedy shows? Fret not, because come November, Sky 1 will be overrun with puppets as they head to Yonderland.
By now, you may have noticed that the BBC have not allowed That Puppet Game Show to reach its full Muppety potential. Shame. I had such high hopes for it. So, where, you are wondering, can I get my fix of adult humour and kick ass puppets? Come with us then as we take a trip to Yonderland, courtesy of Sky One.
Created by the team behind the award winning Horrible Histories, the eight part show will star, and be written by, some familiar names such as Mathew Baynton (Spy, Peep Show), Martha Howe-Douglas (The Armstrong and Miller Show), Jim Howick (Peep Show), Simon Farnaby (The Midnight Beast, The Mighty Boosh), and Laurence Rickard (Psychobitches, Me and My Monsters). The puppets will be made by long time Henson collaborators, Baker Coogan.
Yonderland is a sketch show with a narrative telling the story of mum of two Debbie Maddox who one day discovers an elf in her kitchen cupboard;(and you can imagine me with an old wizards voice here) an elf with glad tidings no less, for she, Debbie, is the one true saviour of Yonderland who must travel through a portal to that very realm to defeat the evil Negatus.

To clear things up, here’s Dermot Murhmmnrhmmnr with the news.
Yonderland begins on Sky 1 in November.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
