Flute Cop goes to Hawaii with his wife for their anniversary, so he asks Axe Cop to babysit their daughter, Unibaby, but Axe Cop would rather have fun instead, so he steals the infant’s magical horn to go to Magic World with Dr. Rang and Chubby Doll.
