Go the Fuck to Sleep to be adapted for screen by Children Hospital’s @KenMarino

But how??

Deadline is reporting that FOX 2000 is asking the married duo of Ken Marino and his gorgeous wife Erica Oyama to adapt the international sensation that was Go the Fuck To Sleep of which gained critical acclaim for being a children’s book for adults released way back in 2011. The book would go on to sell quite a few copies but it wasn’t until Samuel L. Jackson (every movie ever made) would do the audio book for Audible.com that this thing would become an international phenomenon that would be memed, and covered a million times over. So why not milk this bull one more time, right?

Well, as mentioned FOX 2000 is optioning the rights to the book into a film, but one has to wonder how?? According to the article producer Karen Rosenfelt of the god-awful Twilight Saga and All You Need Is Kill producer Erwin Stoff are set to help get this thing going and as a result has me at the very least concerned as to how you take something that only took a little under 7 minutes to read for Sam, into at LEAST a 90 minute film. Granted they haven’t specified how long this thing is going to be, but you’d have to think with all that writer/producer fire power that this thing is gonna get cereal.
