So, since Hollywood forgot how to write original work somewhere around 1998, who’s excited to see Jurassic Park in 3D? Not me, but I’ll never turn down a chance to take a gander at a parody video of JP. Dare I say that this short is….clever? (Watch the video, you’ll understand) The art is pretty neat and the funny is there. I enjoyed this, possibly more than I enjoyed the flick it attempted to take down a peg.

Sometimes I like to take a stroll by the beach. Other times I’ll take a nice relaxing stroll through the park. And if I’m on the internet, you’re damn sure I’m taking a stroll on the odd side of YouTube! And this video might just be the friggin mayor of Odd YouTube Town! First off it’s in Spanish, so if anyone wants to translate it for me I’ll mail you a gift or something. Secondly, it’s story is centrally located around a velociraptor who is also a Harvard grad. And third, this Harvard educated ancestor of the chicken just became the fucking POPE!! Now, granted, I knew there would be an influx of Pope cartoons due to the recent Catholicism roulette. But did I expect it to  have raptors in it?? Absolutely not! The art is really nice and I can only assume that the jokes are pretty good because even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was laughing pretty hard. So there ya go! Now vaminos!

Last up we’ve got the Season 2 premier of Zombies vs Ninjas! I’ll be the first to admit that ZvN has been a hit or miss for me. But if this episode is any indication as to how the season is headed, I’m in! It’s not the cleanest or most stylish stop motion I’ve ever seen, but that is more than made up for with the funny. To find out that Pikachu is actually a chimpanzee/electric eel hybrid and then to watch his go through his maturity rage is nothing short of classic comedy. And sometimes you just can’t fuck with the classics. Keep up the great work ZvN, I’ll be keeping a close eye on you!
