HERE IS THE CARTOON FROM GERALD SCARFE THAT RUPERT MURDOCH IS APOLOGIZING FOR
Sunday Times cartoonist Gerald Scarfe is pretty much a legend in his industry but he’s been getting a ton of heat for his latest depiction of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Underneath the toon was the caption “Will cementing the peace continue?” After the world got a hold of Scarfe’s latest work, people have been divided as to whether or not the author is an anti-semite or not. THIS writer thinks not and yes although it is controversial one can’t think there isn’t SOME sort of truth in the symbolism of the cartoon. Controversy has been all over toons for over a 1000 years so if there is any controversy that’s what it is supposed to do.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
