SHEPHARD PAIREY SET TO GUEST STAR ON THE SIMPSONS
Zap2it.com has the exclusive that Shephard Pairey, famed artist of the Barack Obama “Hope” poster is set to make a guest appearance on a future episode of The Simpsons.
I love to see Matt Groening still to this day honoring the many great artists and writers of the last 20 years with their own guest spots and this should be no exception. Granted, the poster didn’t cause me to vote but it was still pretty awesome and has since been used with 10,000 depictions besides Obama, including The Dark Knight’s Joker and a bunch of others. I am looking forward to seeing this episode with is set to premier March 4th, 2012.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
