REVIEW: YOUR DUNGEON, MY DRAGON “OUTSIDE OF THE BOX”
The Guardians and the Coven of Evil are on a quest to get the hottest new game in town…SkyEdge!
Spoilers Below
The “Evilest” are corroborating on how to take down The Guardians who seem to always be one step ahead. So Warcula decides to purchase a game from “Better Buy” called SkyEdge so that him and all of his minions can master the game and finally win! However, as luck would have it, its 6am and the Guardian are already standing on line waiting for the popular game.
During the epic journey that is walking from the castle to “Better Buy”, Warcula turns into a real dick as he kills both Korg and Skeleton then he burns down the Keebler Elves Cookie factory! And then you would think the Guardians would be more mature, had it not been Kill the Barbarian head butting everyone in line, then Hork pretty much breaking into the store with him and the rest of his pals starting a full out riot that brings to mind Arnold Schwarzenegger in Jingle All the Way. In the end no one wins, and even worse, some get thrown into court!
Again, we had a bit of the Yaris selling out deal that we had the last episode but it wasn’t quite as bad. There was a lot to love about this episode and I think it had all to do with Warcula. He wasn’t utilized as much in the previous episode and it showed as he is definitely the bread and butter of this show(he even says so himself). I mean who else burns down the Keebler Elf Cookie factory No one, just Warcula! Also as an added bonus we had two animated shorts within a short-form web series which you don’t see all too often, but Warcula’s The Ring-inspired short was the best although Hort’s alter ego-Leeroy Jenkins definitely had its moments.
Overall, I was a fan of this here first-run of Your Dungeon, My Dragon and definitely hope to see many more episodes but just minus the Toyota sponsors and with the only place to find it being a Microsoft/Xbox website and service. Would definitely like to see show creator take this ball and run with it on Adult Swim where I think it can definitely find an audience, especially because I don’t think Adult Swim has enough Original Programming and this would be a great fit.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
