Kevin Smith fires back at Stewie after last night’s Family Guy (NSFW)

So, yea last night’s episode of Family Guy like usual is stemming all sorts of controversy. First, I’m seeing all these tweets about how Seth MacFarlane is insensitive about cancer, which if you saw the episode wasn’t even the morale of the story. But, there was another dig, one that might’ve flown over your head if not paying attention. You see, Stewie made a fat joke at the expense of Kevin Smith making light of the fact that he was thrown off a plane a couple years ago. After the jump, see what Kevin’s response was…(NSFW)

So, before I show you the pic, let me give you a bit of background. Last night on Family Guy, Stewie made reference to the fact that Kevin Smith got thrown off a plane a couple years back because he was too fat. I’ll try and find a clip but it was along the lines of:

“Kevin Smith because he’s too fat to ride on the plane!””

The joke was pretty funny, even for a fellow fat guy like myself. However, Kevin decided to answer Stewie’s tort on Twitter aka the Virtual Light Saber.

I’m not going to take a side on this, as I’m a huge fan of Seth MacFarlane AND Kevin Smith(my hometown brethren) but there you have it! I’ve asked for comments from both sides, but no word yet as of this posting.
