Conan O’Brien Looking For Animation Pitches For DIY CONAN
The CONAN show on TBS is going to be on break until August 31st but show host Conan O’Brien wants to do even more not-work by having you people at home produce a DIY episode. It’s a new contest called DIY CONAN and the premise of the bit is for viewers at home to take an old CONAN episode and then recreate it in either live-action or animation formats (including stop-motion).
The contest is offering a bunch of prizes to go along with the event including a year’s worth of Snickers, Conan FUNKO toys, and $5000 cash. Rules and submission forms can be found here.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
