Zombie Land Saga Revenge English Dubbed Adaptation Announced By Funimation

Funimation has announced that they have picked up the English dubbed second season of Zombie Land Saga code-named REVENGE.

The Cygames series is directed by Munehisa Sakai and written by Shigeru Murakoshi, with animation by studio MAPPA. The series’ character designs are provided by Kasumi Fukagawa, Kazuo Ogura is the art director, Takashi Yanagida is serving as director of photography, Azusa Sasaki is the color designer, and Masahiro Goto is editing the series. Yasuharu Takanashi is composing the series’ music, which is produced by Avex Pictures, while dugout is producing the sound.

The English dubbed cast and crew from season one are expected to reprise their roles for season two which is slated to premiere Spring 2021.

Synopsis:

It was a day like any other—the same old morning, same old music, same old peaceful life. Until everything fell to chaos at the hands of zombies! Caught among the living dead, seven girls find their lives turned upside down in a way they never saw coming. An eccentric man offers them an opportunity to become…idols?! Now, they’re not just trying to stay alive, they’re trying to go live—on stage.
Update 7/15: Funimation has announced a July 15th start date for Zombie Land Saga and have revealed the following English dub cast and crew.
