Watch the Very Violent Animatic for Rick and Morty Season 3 (It’s Super Good)

Holy Jailbot, Batman!

So yea, all you asshole websites out there reporting that Rick and Morty Season Three was premiering on Sunday, burn in hell. Not that I believed you in the first place, but shame on you for lying. What we know now post Comic Con is that Season 3 will most likely premiere in the far more reasonable time frame of October. That said, we DID get a new animatic for Rick and Morty and you can see it below.

And I gotta say, if this is a taste of what’s to come, I’ll be really happy. This clip sees Rick almost as a take on Jailbot (Superjail!) mowing through rats like there’s no tomorrow. It’s certainly the most violent thing I’ve ever seen Rick and Morty do and it looks as though we are getting a fresher take on the series that maybe we were looking for in the show’s second season.
