Watch: Lee Ann Womack’s Stop-Motion Video For “Hollywood”

She’s a Barbie girl not in a Barbie world.

You may be wondering to yourself, “Why is Lee Ann Womack releasing a music video NOW for a track that was released two years ago as part of the country singer’s 2017 record The Lonely, the Lonesome & the Gone?” Well, despite being Grammy-nominated twice, the record only sold like 10,000 copies the month it came out. That means, she’s gonna have to work hard to continue to push this record until that note is paid off.

And what a better way to do it than with a stop-motion music video for the track “Hollywood” which sees Lee Ann in her Malibu Stacy/Barbie like small-world driving up and down the highway in her convertible. Check out the new video below and for Christ’s sake, maybe stream a song or two to help get this thing in the plus column for sales.
