Just in case if you needed ANOTHER reason to tune in May 12th @ 8pm on FOX.
The Simpsons are becoming the biggest ‘Welcome’ mat to animators lately as they’ve been increasingly letting other animation studios fuck around with their couch gag. Bill Plympton did it not once, but twice, John K. of Ren & Stimpy fame did a turn, and now the studios behind Robot Chicken are doing it! That’s right, next Sunday Night on FOX fans The Simpsons are getting stop-mo’d (is that a word??) Stoopid Buddy style for the opening couch gag and it looks out of control awesome. Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
