‘Uncle Grandpa’ NOT listed on TV Listings for start date
See what we mean after the jump.
Lately, we’ve been ranting about a whole bunch of nonsense about TV listings. From Disney Channel completely screwing up the Crash and Bernstein finale to CMT pulling shit with Bounty Hunters, networks certainly have made August a bunch of fun in trying to figure out when things come on.
Enter Uncle Grandpa. We told you a little while back about the premier date being Sept. 2nd @ 8pm EST coming from a press release by way of Cartoon Network, but when I went on over to TVGuide.com to check out the most recent listings they still had listed Regular Show at the 8pm hour for Sept 2nd. See? I even got a screen grab:
We were actually told by a rep from Cartoon Network that a very exciting announcement was on the way from the Regular Show camp and we can’t wait, but as of now we can’t set our TiVos to record Uncle Grandpa. Here’s hoping it gets fixed in time for the premier sooner rather than later.
We will let you know if we hear something on our end. In the meantime check out a trailer for Cartoon Network’s all new series Uncle Grandpa here.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
