One thing I’ve noticed from Rick in the first two episodes of Rick and Morty is the producers have definitely scaled back Rick’s snorts and hacks, and burps. Quite honestly though, you aren’t even going to notice. Rick’s drinking is just as out of control which means there’s no telling of which way the wind is going to go in any given situation. I’ve also noticed that Morty is a little less paranoid, but has also wised up to his grandfather’s bull shit opening the door for Summer to potentially be a new sidekick for Rick.

In the second episode entitled ”Mortynight Run”, Morty wants to save the life of a sentient being (kinda) and this guy they are talking to is an assassin that is trying to kill said ‘being’. A situation arises when Rick and Morty sacrifice the life of one for the other, but do they make the right decision?

The trailer for season two certainly showcases more interstellar action for both Jerry and Beth. Right here you can see the duo in a weapons room with a rather concerned look on Jerry’s face. Jerry actually has a pretty big and hysterical bit in the second episode entitled ”Mortynight Run” in that Rick leaves him in a day care-like scenario with a bunch of other Jerrys. Just writing that makes me giggle…

This is a still from the series premier of Rick and Morty entitled ‘A Rickle In Time’, in it having restarted time, Rick, Morty and Summer are in a quantum-uncertain state of existence. An argument leads to the creation of two alternate timelines, which need to be stitched back together fast if they are to escape quantum collapse.

This episode seamlessly takes place directly after the season one finale that saw Rick and the kids cause so much damage to the house that they have to freeze time long enough so that the three can straighten up.
