Toonami Announces Premiere Dates For Two New Series

Dragon Ball Super ends on October 5th which means Toonami’s gonna need something to fill that gap. Enter two new series to the fray: the already announced Demon Slayer and the newly announced One Punch Man Season Two, both hitting the action-toon lineup starting October 12th only on Adult Swim. No word yet on premiere times.

In Demon Slayer, bloodthirsty demons lurk in the woods, and nobody dares to venture out at night, save for the demon slayer of legend. Surviving in this harsh world, young Tanjirou takes it upon himself to protect his family–until the day that everything is taken from him in a vicious slaughter. Now, all he has left is his sister, and she’s not even human anymore.

In One Punch Man, Saitama is a hero who only became a hero for fun. After three years of “special” training, though, he’s become so strong that he’s practically invincible. In fact, he’s too strong—even his mightiest opponents are taken out with a single punch, and it turns out that being devastatingly powerful is actually kind of a bore. With his passion for being a hero lost along with his hair, yet still faced with new enemies every day, how much longer can he keep it going?
