THQ FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY; WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ‘SOUTH PARK: STICK OF TRUTH’?

The studio that is supposed to be the ones publishing South Park: The Stick of Truth has officially filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Now, the obvious question is what happens now the highly anticipated game that we just got a promising trailer for?? Well, companies go into Chapter 11 all the time, basically companies use this as a way to ward off bill collectors long enough for the company to continue selling its products/services in an attempt to produce positive cash flow and look rosy to potential buyers. The issue here is that if a buyer comes along it usually has a right to place board members that can help make decisions concerning everything from release dates, licenses, etc. Now, with South Park: Stick of Truth already pretty much done, I doubt anyone does anything to hurt the impending release, but yes it is possible.
