“The Simpsons” Predicted The Result Of Last Night’s Curling Match
Does anyone watch it?
I had no idea the United States competed in the Olympic games, more specifically in the sport of curling. Welp, the producers of The Simpsons knew and they predicted the win that the United States that went down yesterday against Sweden in the men’s finals by way of the episode “Boy Meets Curl”.
In that episode, Homer and Marge teamed up to lead the men’s team to a victory against Sweden, only THOSE games were in Canada. Speaking of Canada, their team is destroying everyone in the medal counts for curling anyway versus the United States’ two medals. In any case, Simpsons producer Josh Weinstein noticed a different ode to the longest reigning animated comedy in primetime.
They are calling it the #Miracurl on ice. Well done to @TeamShuster for taking home the @Olympics men’s curling 🥇And only the Simpsons could have predicated 🇺🇸 to beat 🇸🇪, not sure what the 🇷🇺 are doing on the podium though 😀 #curling #lovecurling #curlingiscoolfool pic.twitter.com/1c6cyuZSWn

Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
