Team Four Star uploads new pilot gives update on new DBZ:Aridged

Boy, am I glad this happened.

Most of my friends usually picked sides when it came to space movies. Some of my friends enjoyed Star Trek while others much preferred Star Wars. Me? I usually say fuck ’em to both and side with Aliens. Why? Well, because no one can hear you scream in space…except when Aliens: Colonial Marines released.

For those that don’t know what I’m talking about, Aliens: Colonial Marines was a MUCH talked about and MUCH publicized. No joke, the producers were basically pitching that they went all out on this game. From hiring people to voice characters that actually worked on the Aliens movies to even getting a sneak at the Prometheus script so as to not fuck up the chronology, this game sounded AWESOME.

So, fast forward to like February 2013 and this game would BOMB. Evidently what happened is the producers of the game outsourced a lot of the development and then it was rushed and that’s why that thing was a piece of shit. EGM magazine actually gave the game a 9/10, but then the magazine would go out of business. All of this made me a very unhappy Aliens fanboy. But, now there’s hope for a BIT of revenge.

Enter Team Four Star, creators of Dragon Ball Z: Abridged (episode 37 is coming soon, folks), who decided to develop a pilot called Glitch Dubs. The basic premise of the series is the guys take glitches from truly terrible games and dub over hysterically written dialogue. The first victim? Aliens: Colonial Marines. Nice…check it out.
