Season 2 of Brickleberry is getting ready to premier this Fall on Comedy Central and the full cast and crew were on hand to screen the first episode, but it was Comedy Central’s other series that won people’s hearts…Futurama. As the cast and crew ventured out onto what could be their last panel at San Diego Comic Con they decided against taking questions rather they decided to go out with a laugh.

Matt Groening and David X. Cohen were listed as panelists with the entire cast listed as guests. What commenced was a table reading of the first act for the last episode of the season named ‘Meanwhile’ which is on point because while the cast were doing their lines the audience was becoming mesmerized by what was happening…Billy West was taking over. To watch Billy read his lines is like watching Eddie Van Halen  strum the opening guitar solo for ‘Eruption’. That said, it was indeed the first act. The second act came next only this time the audience were able to watch Act 2 in its entirety. Act three? Get in line boss, September 4th, 2013. The show closed with Matt Groening and another one of the producers in a sort of a Win, Lose, or Draw type deal but really this panel was meant to say one thing from its cast and crew to its adoring fan base…thanks, see ya next year?

Futurama is all new tomorrow night @ 10pm EST on Comedy Central, check your local listings!
