Rooster Teeth & Funimation Make Plans For NYCC 2019

Funimation has put out an open casting call for NYCC cosplayers. They are looking for people dressed up as characters from Tokyo Ghoul, Fate/Grand Order, and One Piece. The studio wants cosplayers to upload pics here and then tell a little bit about the inspiration of how the outfit came together. The casting call will be for an event where cosplayers will actually get paid for showing up.

A one-time Madison Square Garden event, Rooster Teeth will be bringing the cast and crew of the upcoming RwBy Volume 7 to New York Comic-Con in an event Q&A/panel that will be held at Hammerstein Ballroom. The event will go down Thursday, October 3rd @ 430 pm ET.

In RwBy, the future-fantasy world of Remnant is filled with ravenous monsters, treacherous terrain, and more villains than you can shake a sniper-scythe at. Fortunately, Beacon Academy is training Huntsmen and Huntresses to battle the evils of the world, and Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang are ready for their first day of class.
