Review: Welcome to the Wayne”Hit It Too-Fus!”

Game ball.

Overview (Spoilers Below)

Olly decides to throw a dinner party that brings guests like Ansi’s father, the Timbers, Andre, and both the Spy and Flowershirt. The attempt of the dinner is for Ansi’s dad to meet Olly’s parents because that’s what best buds do. Problem is, Spy is trying to get Andre and that’s what the majority of the evening is spent on with Spy threatening to blow the kids’ cover to their parents if they to hand over the vampire in hiding. Instead, the kids decide to tell the parents the truth but aren’t believed anyway and the Spy is sent packing….or is she?

Our Take

One of the things that might be tough to remember is just how stacked this voice cast is. Annie Potts (Ghostbusters) and Richard Kind (Spin City) are the Timbers and Al Molina (Spider-Man 2) is Alfred and everyone is great in this week’s episode. The premise was a bunch of fun and it featured a few curveballs along the way that Welcome to the Wayne is well-known for. A solid episode that provides for a delicious ending that should be checked out.
