Review: The Loud House “Tripped”
Don’t be trippin’.
Overview (Spoilers Below)
The kids head to Weeping Willow Resort after saving for a while, but everything that can go wrong goes wrong on their way to check in. Whether it’s Lori hot-boxing the van, getting “Vanzilla” mixed up with a semi-truck load, or freeing prisoners from a bus, this crew does it all. On the way, the Louds help out a stranger broken down on the side of the road whom later becomes an assist when the Louds are late for their check-in at the resort. Turns out, this guy is a cherry selling magnate and he’s got plenty of room for a family of 13 to have a good time.
Our Take
Yes, Vacation has done this a few times, but this week’s episode of The Loud House brought enough silly humor to the table to be fresh and original. Moreover, I love episodes where ALL the Louds get involved and provide a little something different which keeps things spicy as the show wears on. Need money? Dad finds an open mic night. Need a pilot? We’ve got mom. Need spoiled egg salad sandwiches? Leni is here to save the day. Yep, this episode had all it’s bases covered….wait! Don’t forget Lily!
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
