Review: The Loud House “The Loudest Thanksgiving”

Get loud!

Overview (Spoilers Below)

Lori and Bobby are trying to figure out how to have Thanksgiving together without offending both of their families. As a result, both families decide to have dinner together but the evening turns hostile with both sides of the equation trying to have their traditions be most prominent. Obviously, that turns into a mess and the families opt to make sure future Thanksgivings are not nearly as filled with drama. We finish with a song which appears to be a prelude to the musical episode airing on Thanksgiving later this month on Nick.

Our Take

A rather formulaic effort with an expected ending, but I was rather impressed with how the producers managed to get something like 15 characters including in the premise of the episode at once and it did not feel a little too forced. And I like episodes that revolve around Lori and Bobby because it forces the series to grow up just a tad, it’s just that Ray Charles could’ve seen how this episode was going to pan out using just the TV Guide synopsis alone and I prefer my The Loud House to be a bit more seeming with ingenuity.
