Our Take
For the proceedings of the former episode was well-paced and comedic in parts. Despite being a new teacher Kernicky’s methods come across as a bit weird. Especially with how Mrs. Kernicky’s athletic methods are utilized yet with the way the episode played out, it predictably went back into it’s status quo.
As for the other episode, much of the humor came from a comedy of errors, but many of these jokes stem from embarrassing secrets being made public leading to an unusual twist that shows who Sid’s friends really are and due to the twist at the end your left wondering how it’s even possible.
Overall, both episodes were passable and fun. However, I’m left with so many questions about how a principal would ever allow the gym teacher’s methods to be used for the rest of the school curriculum. As for the other episode, I give Ronnie Anne and her friends points for trying to stop Sid from revealing her big secret and further embarrassing herself. That shows they’ll always have each other’s backs.
