So, what are the antics of the Retarded Thundercats this week? Is it any better than the last one I reviewed? Find out after the jump!

Spoilers Ahead

The crocs are using something called the Bellow Plant, so they can attack Eagle Spire. It is said that no one has tried to attack there before. After the wolves have their Mother Tooth stolen by the Ravens, they think that the Eagles do it because of planted evidence. The Wolves and The Crocs plot to take down Eagle Spire. Laval and Eris make it back from the Wolf village to lend a hand. Eris and nameless Eagle number 1 get caught in an explosion.

Fortunately, they both make it out of the explosion in two jets. Laval has the bright idea to go to the Ravens and get them to bring the lions to the fight. The Wolves then bring helicopters and chains to the spire, to rip it to the ground. Laval does his best Lion-O, and returns to help save the spire. Well, he tries. On the ground, Laval sees that Razar stole the Mother Tooth. In a moment of lucidity, the Ravens all realize that with 2 dead tribes, there will be less people to buy services.  Meanwhile, back at the plot, the Wolves, Eagles and Lions all realize that Cragar is taking down the spire. Laval confronts Razar about the tooth, and convinces him to give it back, for a price.

This episode was okay at best. There are still a lot of things that bug the crap out of me. The world of Chima still doesn’t look like Legos. But, the story comes through a bit more as there was a central plot this time, and it wasn’t convoluted. I was very surprised by the fact that this episode was watchable, and if you were a young kid, you would probably love it. For the rest of us, there isn’t much to grasp onto unless you want to watch crisp animation.
