Spoilers Below

Milo introduces Oscar to the ‘Grandma Games’ an Olympic-style event where old people take part in events for all to watch and features Bea as the announcer. However, early on Milo and Oscar become suspicious of a hermit crab that is quite a bit faster than anybody, but they can’t get on the course unless if they dress up as old people.  Turns out the hermit crab in disguise is none other then Randy Pincherson! Unfortunately, none of the viewing audience can tell who it is because they are dying and can’t hear or see anything. To help, Milo and Oscar decide to take part in the games so that they can defeat Randy and let a real old lady win the event fair and square. That said, ol Granny gets knocked out of an event and so it comes down to Oscar and Milo to stop Randy from winning. Milo, does just that but for Oscar’s semifinal, Randy wins on the account of foul play which leads Milo to believe his brother is dead(he’s actually fine).  Milo seeks revenge in the final event which features a drag race with hover rounds. The race looks to be won by Randy, but Ol’ Granny shows up and takes the prize. Later, when Pincherson tries to exact revenge on a game of Bingo,  Bea blows his cover and kicks him out of the retirement home.

Even with the somewhat formulaic musical montage, this weeks episode of Fish Hooks was more fun than the Olympic games! The events were all very thought out, and the banter back and forth between Milo and Randy works really, really well and at often times hilarious. Also, the old fish had some really great one-liners, and the cat fish are always a pleasant surprise as is the random baby with a glass jar helmet. This show is weird in all the right ways,  and pushes animated comedy to the max!
