Review: Annoying Orange ‘Bat’s All Fruit’

Spoilers Below

Orange gets the most candy on Fruit-O-Ween, but his stash gets stuck in the fucking door. It’s here we meet a fruit bat and a rainbow fairy. Lemon’s not crazy about her and neither are the rest of the crew, but Orange wants to keep hanging out with the fairy anyway. The rest of the fruit want to torch this fairy, but Orange is staying pretty firm on making her stay no matter what the other guys say. Eventually, they come around anyway but could this fairy be evil? Well, with everyone asleep the fairy turns into the fruit bat and starts attacking all of the fruit. The juicy ones head for bat-shelter but only with a terrible Halloween song to kind of help us out.

The fruit get some shelter, but a raptor ruins that and causes the fruit to fight back and capture the fruit bat. Afterwards, Orange and the gang figure its Olivia Wilde as the bat and that shes pretty cool and super hot so we should let her go.

Even though this episode was supposed to air last week, we get an effort that was well worth the wait. Olivia Wilde was a GREAT guest star, and maybe the best of this show’s entire run on Cartoon Network. The overall plot was solid, but if you know Olivia’s voice you knew that the fairy was the bat who was just buying time until everyone fell asleep, so there was no real shock at the end when she took off the disguise. Add in the fact that Nerville was NOWHERE to be seen this week, and you’ve got a winner.
