A pesty caterpillar has eaten through all of Roger’s disguises in his closet…all but one! Ricky Spanish! However, at first Roger doesn’t even remember who Ricky is, but when downtown Langley Falls turns into a restless mob he remembers real fast. To help repair Ricky’s image with the town, Steve opts to help him make amends with everyone in town. They actually start off and do a pretty good job, that is until they get to a correctional facility where a guy named Dan lives. Turns out Ricky screwed over Dan quite a bit, but now that he’s out Dan is giving Ricky one week to make everything right or he’s gonna kill Roger’s alter ego. Eventually, Ricky comes up with a plan with Daniel that involves getting Steve thrown in jail allowing them to take off with a bunch of imported sweaters.

Meanwhile, Stan and Francine’s adopted African child has come to be a permanent live-in resident with the Smiths. Of course, Steve and Francine want no part of this kid, Tungee so they do everything in their power to get rid of him, even leaving the son of a bitch alone by himself at the department store. However, Stan and Francine begin to miss all of Tungee’s  mannerisms and set off to the store to get the kid back. Not even 5 seconds later, do the Smiths jump out of a moving car with Tungee in the back, thereby ridding themselves of his annoyance.

Not to nitpick, but Wayne Brady’s accent sounded more Jamaican than Nigerian…that said I thought he was really funny but Steve and Francine seemed completely uninspired throughout the whole plot. It was almost like “Ok, funny joke, feel bad, bring back funny joke, feel bad again, bring back funny joke one more time” with no real substance or where with all. Steve and Ricky’s story was a bit funnier if for no other reason the ending was a rather unexpected twist. Normally, Roger comes around and feels bad for his wrong doings…but not Ricky Spanish!
