Reddit AMA Recap: Andrew Racho gives best practices on breaking into animated entertainment
On the back of Andrew Racho launching his own Kickstarter campaign for Convenience Store Diet, the writer/animator/voice over actor recently took part in a Reddit AMA session.
Usually, we highlight the hell out of such AMA’s, but with this one if you are interested in getting into the voice over game, the production game, the animation game, hell even just in any game…you should read each and every comment listed. What you’ll read is basically very, very good advice at getting a number of different jobs in the entertainment industry. From what schools to go to, to where you should live if you want to be an animator, Andrew has a good start at what could be a decent book.
After you’re done reading the AMA, check out our recent interview with Andrew Racho here and be sure to donate to Andrew’s Kickstarter campaign.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
