Netflix’s Love Death + Robots Gets Renewed For Fourth Season Ahead Of Announced Creative Arts Emmy Win
The Creative Arts Emmys are next month and we already know Netflix is about to clean up for adult animation with wins coming for Arcane, The House, and Love Death + Robots, so it’s no surprise that the latter has just been renewed for a fourth volume.
Emmy-winning animated anthology Love, Death + Robots returned this year with a third volume executive produced by Tim Miller (Deadpool, Terminator: Dark Fate) and David Fincher (MINDHUNTER, Mank). Terror, imagination and beauty combine in new episodes which stretch from uncovering an ancient evil to a comedic apocalypse, telling startling short stories of fantasy, horror and science-fiction with trademark wit and visual invention.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
