Netflix now available on Virgin America
A couple of weeks ago I noted how United Airlines didn’t provide Netflix streaming access unlike Delta which offers a ‘Netflix in the Sky’ App and is usually standard fare in most airlines.
Welp, Virgin American has announced that Netflix will now be available for passengers onboard and the best part? Streaming is FREE for Netflix subscribers. It all comes from Virgin outfitting its planes with a new type of satellite-internet service that will alleviate technical hurdles that would prevent patrons from heavy streaming.[
Whether or not this means that streaming porn services will now be all over the place on flights remains to be seen, but at least you can now fly and watch BoJack Horseman.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
