Incarcerated ‘South Park’ Terrorist Suing Penitentiary Because Prison Life is Unfair :(

Barbrady

The wannabe jihadist convicted of threatening South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone after an episode featuring the prophet Muhammad in a bear suit, is filing a suit of his own.

In the civil complaint, Zachary Chesser, 25, alleges that federal prison officials are limiting his ability to “fulfill Islam’s religious obligations,” because Bureau of Prison regulations limit religious gatherings, which the Muslim convert claims violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Since the Bureau “only permits such activity once per week” and Islam mandates five daily prayers, as well as various religious classes and celebrations, Chesser has taken exception to the rules.

Chesser is currently a resident of the lovely “supermax” federal penitentiary in Florence, Colorado, where he was transferred in June of last year from a facility in Marion, Illinois. Prison records state the transfer occurred because of his “blatant disregard and continued misconduct and refusal to adhere to institution rules.”

Ironic how a man who threatened violence against those using free speech is suddenly all about his rights while in prison. He went as far as to call the congregational prayer ban “ridiculous,” and an “evil, oppressive, bigoted, hillbilly kind of policy.” Keep in mind, once again, that this sorry excuse for a human being threatened cartoon makers, has physically attacked people while behind bars, and is essentially asking permission to pray along with the other terrorists held at the same prison. And that’s not a blanket swipe at Muslims, but an accurate representation of Chesser’s peers, given that his prayer circles include a lengthy who’s-who of convicted international terrorists involved in the plotting of numerous attacks across the U.S., such as Mohammed Saleh, convicted of conspiring to bomb the United Nations and other NYC locations; Ibrahim Elgabrowny, a Saleh crony; Ghassan Elashi, convicted in a Hamas-related terrorism financing case; and Wali Khan Amin Shah, a terrorist bomber and buddy of Ramzi Yousef, mastermind of the 1993 WTC bombing. Chesser is also neighbors with domestic terrorists like Unabomber Ted Kaczynski and Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols.

Referring to the limited communication with others at the penitentiary, Chesser said: “I speak daily with a Muslim on the floor above me through the shower drain. But this is physically painful, reeks of sewage and makes it very hard to hear.”

He also claims the inmates had “developed a sophisticated security system to avoid detection, which included lookouts, peepholes, and more.”

Aside from the fact that lookouts and peepholes aren’t exactly ‘sophisticated,’ given that he talks through a sewage drain, he probably meant to say “pee holes.”

Chesser is slated to be released from federal custody on June 16, 2032, but hopefully he’ll get shanked in the chow line before then.
