Jay and Silent Bob are just as responsible as normalizing weed culture as anyone else, and attempts to do that animated have been decent if not good. The animated adaptation of Clerks on ABC is, to this day, a very underrated franchise and years later, Jay and Silent Bob’s Super Groovy Cartoon Movie made its festival rounds to much fanfare. Rumors continue to bubble up now and again on revivals of the show as well as a sequel to the movie, but director Kevin Smith has been more eclectic in his feature film offerings the last couple of years.
