Hank Azaria wins Emmy…ends up staying home and Tweeting about a different show/Mets
The award for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance in the 2015 Primetime Emmys goes to…HANK AZARIA! That’s right, Hank Azaria won an Emmy for his role as “Moe Szyslak” in the episode “The Princess Guide”, but you wouldn’t know it if you were following Hank on Twitter.
For the most part, Hank spent the evening Tweeting about Ray Donovan, and the NY Mets, which to be honest isn’t too much different than what most other people did. As a matter of fact, I was watching the very same ball game Hank was Tweeting about.
In any case, the producers of Bordertown must be thrilled, because starting this January, Hank will be voicing the role of “Bud” in FOX’s newest animated comedy being produced by Seth MacFarlane and Co. Certainly, it helps the producers confirm that they indeed did make the right choice for their lead guy, and more over, gives the series some good publicity heading into the Winter months.
In any case, The Simpsons are all-new this Sunday Night @ 8 pm ET/PT only on FOX, check your local listings.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
