Multi-platinum recording artist Erykah Badu has been tapped to be the music supervisor for Comedy Central’s upcoming series Legends of Chamberlain Heights which is now due to premiere this Fall.

The recording artist recently posted the announcement on her Facebook page while sporting a bandana (that I now want) from the show. She also gave a solid update to when the series will premiere as rumors have floated between Spring and Summer premieres for quite some time now. P.S., even without make up on and just sporting a t-shirt, Erykah looks stunning at age 45.

“Legends of Chamberlain Heights” is an urban animated series mixing raucous comedy and social commentary that centers on three high school freshman: Jamal, Grover, and Milk(Hawking voices Jamal and Johnson voices Grover and Milk). The three friends tackle life with some wins and some losses, but failure doesn’t faze them since they’re legends…even if it’s just in their own minds.
