English Dub Review: Smile of the Arsnotoria “Uh~ Uh~ Uo~~”

Overview

Since it is so rare for Ashlam to get snow, today’s lesson plan for the Pentagram students is to play a lot in the snow.


Our Take

Surprisingly, this episode lacked any violent “warning” scenes, but at the very least for the girls, it was a novelty to play in the snow and they enjoyed it, although falling into a blizzard and getting lost worried them a bit but they were able to rescue them and get back.

And we also get to meet one more member of the school staff. I thought that the kitchen was purely manned by the green Smurf-like fairy creatures, I guess it makes sense that there’s someone in charge of all of them giving orders.

Overall, while this felt like a filler episode, I kinda hope the knight’s storyline gets resolved or ties up to the main one on the remaining episodes. As this could be their last time having fun given what it’s building up towards in the Intro with the possible confrontation against those aristocratic psycho killers…
