English Dub Review: Mix “Don’t You Think They’re Alike?”

Aaaand that’s a wrap folks! Meisei loses after a 15 inning game all because the infield defense was rather shotty for the To-led school. In any event, the producers pretty much pull the Mets on SNY move by just replaying the glory years in a number of flashbacks, but not before sowing the seeds of what could be a follow-up season where Toushu is without their star pitcher and new batters that could potentially come onboard Meisei.

Our Take

We’ll get into more detail in the season review last week, but for those waiting for the obligatory happy ending for Mix after 24 episodes, you’re gonna be disappointed. Still, though, the cliffhangers have me engaged enough to think the next season could be different. And with a cast of characters that we’ve gotten to know pretty well the last couple of months, here’s hoping cour 3 could be here sooner rather than later.
