English Dub Review: I’m Quitting Heroing “I Want to Quit Heroing”

Overview:

Time is running out for demonkind. Leo may have a solution, but that means revealing his identity to Echidna.

Our Take:

I feel like the latter half of the episode had some sort of audio thing going on. Not necessarily in a wrong way, but Leo and Echidna’s voices sounded slightly different. But we finally got to see Leo reveal his identity to Echidna and it was in a hilarious way. He just kept talking like normal but she wouldn’t turn around so he had to tell her to. I really look forward to seeing where this might go but I don’t know how possible that will be.

Leo informs Echidna that there are actually two philosopher stones and that he has been testing her to see if she was worthy of one. He now believes she is and takes her and the four generals to a mountain top to claim it. But according to Leo, this other philosopher’s stone is his own heart and they must take it. So now they have a fight on their hands with someone they just recently began to call friend. I hope this doesn’t end badly for Leo and Echidna…
