English Dub of Log Horizon to première at AniMaine Convention


It was announced today that Sentai Filmworks will première the English language dub of the anime series Log Horizon at the AniMaine convention taking place in South Portland, Maine on November 21-23.

The series revolves around players of an MMORPG game who become part of the game after installing an update. It is based off a novel series by Mamare Touno. It has spawned 4 manga series as well as an anime series that premièred in Japan in 2013.

The AniMaine convention and Sentai Filmworks have had a close relationship since the convention’s beginnings in 2011. Sentai ADR director David Williams has been a guest of the convention every year where he not only holds his own personal panel, but also announces upcoming releases from Sentai for the next few months. Sentai Filmworks has premièred dubbed releases at the convention in years passed such as  Loups=Garous, Persona4: The Animation, and BTOOOM!.
