Guardian Snow Angel

Bart needs money for a new sleigh. But, menial labor is for suckers, so Moe offers him $10 to save his parking spot in front of his bar. After a gauntlet of adversaries and distractions, he actually does a good job. That is until Moe stiffs him for the money and gets the last laugh…or does he?

Its Snow Game

A short story involving Bart and Lisa. The moral of the story? Revenge is best served cold!

Grampa’s Christmas Origins

The first story is that of A Christmas Carol-esque tale about the beginnings of Christmas cards and how they became a mass-produced way to make big bucks. And as we learn in the end, every man has a price! The next story gives us the story of the founding of the first Christmas Carols, which coincidentally came about during the Black Plague! The last story, tells us the early recipes for Christmas cookies, and just like every great recipe you need two things…Trial and Error!

The Iceman Cometh

After getting a brand new sled, Bart goes to the park to try it out. Its not before long when him and his friends stumble onto a caveman buried under a frozen lake. Thinking dollar signs and nobel prizes, the boys rush to excavate him. However, Nelson and the bullies find out, complicating the situation. Pretty, much if you’ve seen “Encino Man” this is nothing like that!

Billion Dollar Butt-Ski

Bart wants a new sled. Homer instead opts to make one, calling it the “Butt Ski”. Its a great idea, unfortunately it isn’t long before SOMEONE tells the maker of Blammo sleds about it, thus taking away Homer’s chance at a billion-dollar venture.

There’s No Such Thing as Free Shipping

A classic story about the true meaning of Christmas, and ummm better to give than to receive, and ummm its the thought that counts! I’m trying, but really, the Simpsons get SCREWED!

A nice collection of stories, even with THREE of the stories all having to do with Bart getting a sled. But the Grampa’s Christmas Origins were well worth the purchase, and as such would definitely recommend this issue as a stocking stuffer….just don’t use Whamazon!
