Bill sure is busy as of late is he not? Just a few week ago Bill Plympton had raised enough funds to put together his new project called ‘Cheatin’. Then he goes off and does another excellent couch gag for The Simpson this past Sunday Night, and NOW we’ve got a clip for a new short Bill is working called Drunker Than A Skunk and you can check it out below.
