Anime Voice Actress Cristina Vee Joins the cast of RWBY
For the upcoming 7th volume of RWBY, it’s been announced via Twitter that the prominent and versatile anime voice actress Cristina Vee has joined the cast.
Hey!!
It’s true, I’m joining the cast of RWBY! She’s an amazing character, but I can’t reveal more than that. I’m excited for you to meet her.pic.twitter.com/ULBHJjKjZu

Vee has an excellent track record as she’s currently the dubbed voice of “Sailor Mars” in the most recent Sailor Moon Dubs by Viz, along with voicing “Homura Akemi” from the Madoka Magica franchise and voicing “Izumi” in the underrated Netflix anime Ajin: Demi-Human.
While Vee remains vague on what her character role could possibly be, It’s not the first time anime voice actors have made it to RWBY in some form or another. In Vol. 3 we had Laura Bailey in an obligatory flashback episode, as “Amber” the Fall Maiden, while in vol.4 Monica Rial’s performance as the unlikely and short-lived White Fang leader “Sienna Khan”, was killed off as soon as she was introduced which I felt was wasted potential. Let’s hope Vee has some actual importance and a lasting role for Vol. 7’s story line.
RWBY Vol. 7 premieres November 2nd on Rooster Teeth.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
