Cinefamily has a bunch of killer events happening next week with Mike Judge, Dino, and FOX ADHD
And to think I JUST got back from LA.
If I didn’t have bad luck, I’d have no luck at all and this is proof. Here I am thinking that my stellar trip to LA last week couldnt’ve gone any better then WHAMMO I see this rather kick ass event called Everything Is Festival IV: The Dreamquest happening at the Cinefamily next week. One of the events we kind of already knew about that being the live Moral Orel reading that Dino is doing, but as it turns out there’s a whole bunch more you should know about. Let’s do some highlights, shall we? SPORTSCENTER STYLE!
August 16th @ 10pm
Tickets $15
Who cares WHY he’s there?? MIKE JUDGE IS IN THE HOUSE! Yep, the Beavis and Butthead creator makes a rare live appearance to show off a rare mix tape of what is certain to be funny.
August 17th @ 2:30
Tickets: $12
So it’s a live rendition of Dan Harmon’s pod cast, which I don’t listen to, but what may be cooler is the fact that Dan is doing a rather interesting take on role playing games and that some of these sessions will be animated into a full blown series! I know absolutely zip about RPG’s, but if you do you should go.
8/17-9:30 pm
$14
ADHD is throwing a pizza and beer party for $14. All I can hear is FOOOOOOOOOOD!
8/18-3 pm
$14
First thing’s first. Those pics of Dino and Andy are gross as fuck, but funnier than hell and proof that no matter how old you get the internet is just one big archive. But with special guests like Carolyn Lawrence, Scott Adsit, Britta Philips, K.K. Dodds, William Salyers, Jay Johnston, Joe Unger, and Q&A moderator Nick Wiedenfeld (ADHD) helping out with the live puppet rendition of Moral Orel with the added bonus of old-school vids from the minds of Dino Stamatopoulos and Andy Dick, how do you even exit this event without throwing up from laughing so hard?
Check out a HUGE list of additional events here, and get in on tickets for these events today because they probably are moving fast!
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
