It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has an animated sequence on the way
No, its not Unsupervised, although that would be bad ass.
So, in real life Charlie Day (Charlie Kelly) is actually married to Mary Ellis (The Waitress) outside of their work on It’s Always Sunny. Ordinarily, Charlie and the Waitress argue a bunch on Sunny but outside of the show Mary being married to Charlie of whom is a producer on the show has its perks…LIKE SPOILERS!
Yep, Mary Ellis recently dropped that in the upcoming season of It’s Always Sunny that there will be some sort of animated sequence and that she had just wrapped on handling voice over duties for said sequence. No plot details have emerged but this isn’t the first time the Sunny crew have been animated as everyone not named Rob McElhenney had lent their voices to Unsupervised, an animated series that had aired just one season on FX last year before its untimely demise. The show was actually produced by RCG Productions of whom also produces Sunny.
The new season of Sunny is set to return on the new comedy network FXX where shows like Chozen will also live. That said, maybe we can bring Unsupervised back?
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
